What are Pela cases made of?
Pela cases are made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our materials are verified to be free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium, and lead.
How do I compost my Pela case?
You can place your Pela case in your backyard compost bin where it will break down in 6 months to 2 years, or you can send it back to us through our Pela 360 program for industrial composting.
Will a Pela case actually protect my phone?
Yes! Our cases are designed to be drop-tested and durable. The Flaxstic® material provides excellent shock absorption to protect your device from everyday drops and scratches.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location but usually range from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are Pela cases compatible with wireless charging?
Absolutely. Our cases are thin enough to be fully compatible with most standard Qi wireless chargers, allowing you to power up without removing the case.
