Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid compostable shipping label provided to ensure your return journey is carbon-neutral.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your items in their original packaging or a small eco-friendly envelope to minimize waste and prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
